You may be thinking, “what is this site about”?

I have an ambition to live in The Netherlands. In June 2008, I made a pact with myself to move to The Netherlands in one year’s time. It is already 3 months since then and I hope that I am still on track.

This blog will be about my various preparations so I hope that my experiences can save a lot of time and help other people who also want to emigrate. I will no doubt find out about saving enough cash, finding a place to stay, a place to work, immigration issues and everything else that you need to know to move to The Netherlands!
